Mutton:1.5kg

Sela rice:3.5cup

For Yakhni:

1.Mutton+water+small onion+6-7garlic cloves

2.caramalized 1.5tbsp sugar

3.roast almonds, raisins, kaju

4.strain yakhni/stock from meat

5.green cardamom:10 Bari alaichi:4 Cumin seeds: 2Tbsp Grind them

6.take small onion, just saute, then fry mutton along with special masala and salt,do separate and add stock then cook rice.

7.assemble all ingredients and ready to serve.

8.oil as required
